For purchases made 1/2/2023 or after

You have a maximum of 15 days to return/exchange a new, unworn, unused item to original form of payment. Tags must be attached and original receipt must be presented. Beauty, food, shoes, Pura, clearance or damaged items are not accepted for return or exchange. Gift cards are not refundable. Promotional items must be forfeited during return process. Any items purchased for less than full price are final sale.
